Here’s the fine print: Each of our products come with their own guarantee, which is outlined on the pages that describe each product. As for our programs, you need to complete the program and all of your assignments , then turn your assignments in to us in order to qualify for a refund.

We expect to deliver you enough new customers, that you (at the very minimum) earn back double your investment. If within six months of completing a program, you have not earned back double your investment we will refund 100% of your investment.

Do we guarantee you Google rankings?

This is a question we get asked a lot. The answer is no. If you work with us, we guarantee that you will attract more prospective and qualified customers to your website, AND convert a higher percentage of those prospective customers into paying customers.

We provide “white hat”, content-driven search engine marketing services that are in alignment with how Google ranks websites. Because we follow Google’s SEO guidelines, we are able to get good rankings for our clients, but we cannot guarantee rankings. Beware of any SEO company that tells you they guarantee rankings. When your new website is complete, we will transfer it over to your domain name to replace your old site. This obviously requires extra work. The cost of building your new site on a virtual server and transferring it over is $1.00 per minute and usually takes us 30-60 minutes.(required)
Where will your new website be hosted? (Ex: TechShield) TechShield setup comes included in your website package. Your hosting package is $200 per year. You get the first 3 months free and unlimited free email boxes. If you chose to use another hosting company, the cost for the setup will be $1.00 per minute. (required)
Who will be backing up your website? We recommend Backup Buddy. To set up your account, go to: http://ithemes.com/member/go.php?r=19841&i=b16. We will install this on your website and set it to back up every night at midnight for no additional charge. Once you set up your account, please put your login information on your Details Form.(required)

Which side bar widgets do you want? These are not mandatory; chose the ones you want. All are included in your website package. In the field next to each description, simply indicate "yes" or "no" and fill in any applicable information..

Opt-in Box HTML Code or Your iContact Login Details. If you are not using iContact, please enter your HTML signup form code below. If you ARE using iContact, please say iContact below and put your iContact log in details on your Details Form. If you do not have an email management system yet, we recommend iContact. Widget #2: Connect with XYZ. This section would include links to your FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, etc. You could say “Connect with Us” or “Connect with Me” or “Connect with YourName” or something else. What do you want this to say?

Widget #4: Associations. List of associations of which you are a member. Please include their websites and logos (if you have them). Usually we can pull their logos off their website for you if needed.

Creating a custom graphic of all of your media appearance images is an add-on service. The cost is $1.00 per minute and this usually takes 30-60 minutes. If you just want a couple of pre-made logos or a pre-made graphic inserted here, that is included in your website package. List the logos in the space below and then email them to us with the rest of your images.
Widget #6: Resources. List of 3-5 high quality organizations that offer resources your customers may find helpful. These organizations should NOT be competitors. They should be resources that compliment the products and services you provide. Please include their websites. This shows Google that you live in a great neighborhood and will help your rankings. Linking to National & International Associations and to popular non-profits is helpful.
