Approvals
Before we start a new project for you, we will need to get your approval via email. We will email you an estimate. If you would like us to go ahead with the project, you will need to respond to the email giving us your approval.
Estimates
After you submit the details of your project, we will prepare an estimate and email it to you to approve. Estimates are free unless the project is complicated and requires us to spend more than 10 minutes preparing your estimate. In this case, you will be charged $1.00 per minute for us to prepare a Detailed Proposal. We will contact you ahead of time to get your approval for us to prepare a Detailed Proposal for you.
By-the-Minute Services
Most of the services we offer are accounted for, and billed, by-the-minute. We believe that if you need a 15 minute solution you shouldn’t have to pay for a full hour! We offer copy writing, web design, graphic design, press release marketing, social media support, email marketing, keyword research, SEO services and video editing & production for $1.00 per minute. We offer high-level sales copy writing for $2.00 per minute, and strategizing with Heidi about your project for $3.00 per minute. All by-the-minute services will be itemized in a monthly invoice and emailed to you between the 6th and the 10th of each month, for the prior month’s work. 48 hours later we will automatically charge your credit card for the invoice total. Once you start a project with us you will be billed for email and phone communications about your project. All by-the-minute services are non-refundable. You have our word that we will strive to ensure that you are exceedingly happy with our work. Please note that our billing system rounds all by-the-minute services up to the 6th minute.

Recurring Services
We have two recurring services — SEOP & our three different Consulting Plans.
Our reoccurring services are charged to your credit card between the 6th and 10th of the month for the prior months work. All of our contracts (with the exception of the All-Access Pass consulting plan) are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime for any reason with a 7-day notice. You will NOT be billed for any unused reoccurring services if you provide a 7-day cancellation notice via email. You will NOT be refunded for any used or unused services, but we would be happy to fulfill on any work you have paid for and not received.
The All-Access Pass consulting plan is a six month commitment. After the sixth month, it will reoccur on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled with a 7-day notice.

Flat Rate Services
We have two flat rate services — our 4-page Website Package and our three different Local Mobile Fusion Packages.
Our 4-page Website Package is broken up into two equal payments. We will charge your credit card a deposit equal to 50% of the cost of the service. The remaining 50% of the service will be charged to your credit card 30 days after your deposit is made.
We agree to complete your website within the 30 days as long as you provide us with all of the items on the website checklist within 7 days. If you are unable to provide us the information within 7 days, we may not be able to complete your service within 30 days, however, on the 30th day you will still be charged for the remaining balance due and we will complete your service as quickly as we can after receiving your information.
All of our Local Mobile Fusion packages are charged to your credit card, in full, on the day you place your order. Your Local Mobile Fusion package will renew each year automatically. We will send you two emails before it renews. If you would like to cancel it, please reply to our email 7 days before your renewal date.
All of our flat-rate packages are non-refundable.

Billing System
We will email you an invoice between the 6th and 10th of the month for the prior months work. We will automatically charge your credit card 48 hours after we email your monthly invoice. How to Save Money on Your Projects
Here are a few tips on how to make your projects go swiftly:
- Provide us a clear list of exactly what you want done.
- Provide all of the necessary information and artwork in one organized email.
- When sending us images, send them as jPegs. If you need to send them in multiple emails, send all of the emails at the same time.
- Batch your work. It’s the most time efficient if you submit a batch of changes to your website or a batch of email marketing updates, and so on.
- When reviewing design work, provide clear feedback as to what you like and don’t like so that we can quickly adjust the design
Your Artwork
Every piece of artwork and collateral we create for you is yours, after you’ve paid for the labor. We will happily send you any of your artwork files upon request.

Who to Contact
When starting a new project, contact the technician who will be performing the work. If you are not sure who that is, refer to the list below, or email: CustomerCare {at} ClearSimpleMarketing.com.
Email your technician a clear outline of the project so they can provide you with an accurate estimate. They will email you back an estimate within two business days. If you approve of the estimate and want them to get started, reply to the estimate with your approval. If you need the project done by a certain date, please communicate your deadline with your technician.

Strategizing About Your Project

To set up a 30-minute strategy session with Heidi, click here.
You’ll be taken to an online scheduler where you can schedule your session. You will be billed $3/minute for your session. You are not required to use the entire 30-minutes time slot. There is a $25 fee for no-shows or cancelling less than 12 hours in advance.
